FAQ's - Pathways Partner Program
How much can I earn?
You’ll receive 20% of your referred customer’s subscription fee as a monthly discount or commission — that’s currently $99.60/month per customer based on our average $498 monthly subscription. You’ll continue to earn this each month for up to 12 months, as long as the referred customer remains subscribed.
When do I get paid?
Payments (or discounts, if you're an existing customer) are processed monthly, following receipt of payment from your referred customer. You’ll receive a statement and payment within the first 7–10 business days of each month.
Do I need to sell or support the software?
No. You simply introduce Pathways to someone in your network. We’ll handle demos, onboarding, invoicing, and support. If you’d like to stay involved, that’s welcomed — but not required.
Can I refer multiple clients?
Yes — there’s no cap. Each referred customer starts their own 12-month earning window, based on when they sign up and start paying. The more you refer, the more recurring income you can build.
What happens if my referral cancels?
Your earnings stop when the referred customer’s subscription ends. For example, if they cancel after 6 months, you’ll have earned 6 months of commission — not the full 12.
